The Libel Terrorism Protection Act, a.k.a. Rachel’s Law, which was passed unanimously by the New York state legislature, was signed (at pretty much the last minute) by Governor Paterson, and is now New York state law. Hopefully the federal government, or at least other states, will follow suit.
